Rental Reservations
Reservations are not guaranteed until confirmed by Aurora Events.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate event information, including the event date, location, and contact details.
Payment
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
Aurora Events reserves the right to cancel reservations if payment requirements are not met.
Delivery & Setup
Aurora Events provides delivery, setup, and takedown within our service area.
Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate space, access, and a safe setup location before delivery.
Aurora Events may refuse setup if weather conditions, site conditions, or safety concerns create an unreasonable risk.
Weather Policy
Customer safety is our top priority.
Inflatables must not be used during severe weather, including high winds, lightning, thunderstorms, or other unsafe conditions.
Aurora Events reserves the right to delay, cancel, or end a rental due to unsafe weather conditions.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
• Supervise participants at all times
• Follow all safety rules provided by Aurora Events
• Prevent misuse, rough play, or unsafe operation
• Keep food, drinks, sharp objects, pets, and prohibited items away from the inflatable
• Ensure the equipment remains in the location where it was installed
Damage & Loss
Customers are responsible for damage caused by negligence, misuse, vandalism, unauthorized relocation, or failure to follow safety instructions.
Aurora Events reserves the right to seek reimbursement for repair or replacement costs resulting from customer-caused damage.
Limitation of Liability
Aurora Events is not responsible for injuries, accidents, losses, or damages resulting from improper use, failure to follow safety instructions, unsafe supervision, or circumstances beyond our control.
Website Use
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Aurora Events and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
Changes to Terms
