Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: August 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Aurora Events' website and rental services, including Aurora Events party rentals and Aurora Outdoors camping gear rentals. By booking a rental, requesting a quote, or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Rental Reservations
Reservations are not guaranteed until confirmed by Aurora Events and the required deposit has been received.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate rental information, including the rental date, location, contact information, and requested equipment.
Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. A booking is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
The remaining balance and applicable payment deadlines will be communicated at the time of booking. Aurora Events reserves the right to cancel reservations when payment requirements are not met.
Delivery, Setup & Equipment
Aurora Events provides delivery within its designated service area. Delivery charges may apply depending on the rental location.
Setup and takedown services vary by rental type. Party equipment requiring professional installation will be set up and removed by Aurora Events. Camping equipment may be provided for customer setup and use unless otherwise stated.
Customers must provide reasonable and safe access for delivery and are responsible for using rented equipment only for its intended purpose and according to all instructions provided.
Weather & Unsafe Conditions
Weather conditions may affect certain rentals.
Inflatables must not be used during unsafe weather conditions, including high winds, lightning, thunderstorms, or other conditions that make operation unsafe.
Customers using camping equipment are responsible for monitoring weather and environmental conditions throughout their trip and making appropriate decisions regarding continued use.
Aurora Events reserves the right to delay, cancel, refuse, or end a rental or delivery when conditions create an unreasonable safety risk.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
• Follow all safety and operating instructions provided with rented equipment
• Use equipment only for its intended purpose
• Provide appropriate supervision where required
• Prevent misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, or unsafe operation
• Keep rented equipment secure and reasonably protected from damage
• Not relocate professionally installed equipment without authorization
• Return customer-operated rental equipment in the condition required by the rental agreement
• Comply with applicable campground, park, property, fire, and other rules governing where the equipment is used
For camping rentals, customers are responsible for selecting and booking their own campsite or accommodation and ensuring that the equipment they rent is permitted at their chosen location.
Damage, Loss & Cleaning
Customers are responsible for loss or damage resulting from negligence, misuse, vandalism, unauthorized relocation, failure to follow instructions, or other customer-caused damage.
Aurora Events reserves the right to charge reasonable repair or replacement costs for damaged, lost, or missing rental equipment.
Additional cleaning charges may apply when equipment is returned excessively dirty or requires cleaning beyond normal rental use.
Camping Equipment & Fuel
Where camping equipment requires fuel, customers are responsible for supplying compatible fuel unless specifically stated otherwise.
Customers must follow all manufacturer and Aurora Events instructions when operating camping stoves, lanterns, or other equipment.
Aurora Events does not provide campground reservations, transportation, guiding, supervision, or campsite management unless specifically stated as part of a separate service.
Assumption of Responsibility
Outdoor recreation and the use of rental equipment involve inherent risks. Customers are responsible for determining whether conditions, locations, and activities are appropriate for themselves and members of their party.
Customers remain responsible for their own activities, supervision, campsite selection, travel decisions, and proper use of rented equipment.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aurora Events is not responsible for injuries, accidents, losses, or damages resulting from improper use of equipment, failure to follow instructions, unsafe supervision, customer-selected locations or activities, or circumstances beyond Aurora Events' reasonable control.
Any additional waivers, rental agreements, safety requirements, or equipment-specific terms provided as part of a rental also apply.
Website Use
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and branding, is the property of Aurora Events or used with permission and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without authorization.
