Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: June 2026

Aurora Events understands that plans can change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how cancellations, refunds, and weather-related situations are handled.

Customer Cancellations

Customers who need to cancel their reservation should contact Aurora Events as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests made well in advance of the scheduled event may be eligible for a refund or booking credit, subject to the circumstances of the reservation.

Late cancellations may result in partial or full forfeiture of deposits or payments already made.

Weather-Related Cancellations

Customer safety is our highest priority.

If severe weather, high winds, thunderstorms, lightning, or other unsafe conditions are forecasted, Aurora Events may cancel, postpone, or reschedule a rental.

When possible, customers will be offered:

• A rescheduled rental date
• A booking credit toward a future rental
• A refund where appropriate

Delivery Refusals

If the delivery location is determined to be unsafe, inaccessible, unsuitable for setup, or does not meet the requirements discussed at booking, Aurora Events reserves the right to refuse setup.

Refund eligibility will be determined based on the circumstances of the reservation.

Equipment Issues

In the unlikely event that Aurora Events is unable to provide the reserved equipment due to equipment failure, damage, or circumstances beyond our control, customers will be offered a suitable replacement, rescheduled rental, booking credit, or refund when appropriate.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
