Customer Cancellation

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may receive a deposit credit toward a future booking
• Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit

Weather Cancellations

If severe weather prevents safe operation:

• You may reschedule at no charge
• Deposit may be applied to a future date

Light rain is usually acceptable depending on equipment.

No-Show or Refusal of Delivery

​

If delivery cannot be completed due to lack of access, unsafe setup conditions, or customer absence, refunds may not be issued.
