Terms & Conditions of Service

By booking with Aurora Events, you agree to the following terms.

Reservations

​

• A deposit is required to secure your booking
• Dates are not guaranteed until confirmed
• Final balance is due before or at delivery

​

Rental Period

​

Standard rental duration is as agreed upon at booking. Extended time may incur additional charges.

​

Setup Requirements

​

Customer must provide:

​

• A flat, clear setup area
• Adequate space for the inflatable
• Access to a standard electrical outlet
• Safe access to the location

​

Aurora Events reserves the right to refuse setup if conditions are unsafe.

​

Supervision

​

Adult supervision is required at all times while equipment is in use.

​

Prohibited Use

​

Customers must NOT:

​

• Exceed occupancy limits
• Allow rough play or climbing on walls
• Use equipment in unsafe weather
• Use shoes, sharp objects, or food inside units

​

Weather Policy

​

Inflatables cannot operate safely in strong winds, storms, or hazardous conditions. Aurora Events may cancel or stop operation for safety reasons.

​

Liability

​

Customer assumes responsibility for proper supervision and safe use during the rental period.
